Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Creating easy opportunities for themselves and teammates by playing great defense. Our offense diversity should be key, you cannot focus on one player, we have 5-7 different girls that could lead us in scoring on a given night. Need to improve on our free throw shooting.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Pressuring the ball, ability to mix and use a variety of different defenses.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Dietrich vs. Richfield. Towns only 15 minutes apart, vs. defending state champs always a battle. Carey vs. Richfield. 2 teams always in the running to be contenders at state.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Team Unity. The TEAM always has to come first.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Tradition, the girls understand what it means to be a basketball player in Richfield, it’s something special. They know they have to come and work hard every day to try and keep the tradition going.
