As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
A full year together should bring better continuity to our offense and allow us to expand some of our defensive options. Improved ball-handling and shooting skills should pay big dividends.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Reduce turnover and improve shooting percentages

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Solid defenders in man-man. Improved overall help defense and defensive understanding. Excellent hand-quickness and solid rebounding.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Rebounding, transition defense. Move to multiple defensive options. Zone press. More half-court pressure.

Journey to excellence

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Great chemistry, a real hunger to take the next step in skill development.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
All league games are critical! (Lakeland and Moscow) Key 5A games to measure our growth - Post Falls, Lewiston, Lake City

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Turnovers and rebounding

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
Love the game, love teaching. I enjoy being with young people.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Administrative support! Strong support between all programs. Big spirit - Big attitude!
