Team play, contesting shots, good zone principles with Kristensen & Rericha on backline to protect the basket.

Consistent rebounding, ability to extend pressure on the perimeter.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
New crop of talented freshman

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Consistent point guard leadership and the learning curve of new freshman.

If you could change one rule in high school basketball, what would it be?
Add a shot-clock to help reward good defensive play and do away with 1 and 1 free throws.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
Basketball has provided me and my family many rewarding opportunities for over 30 years and coaching is just one small way in which I can help try to pay that forward and hopefully have a positive impact on the lives of young people.
