Alec Engerbretson, point, 10th, 5’9”; Paul Ryan, wing, 11th, 6’; Trevor Morse, post, 12th, 6’4”; Cotton Whitling, post, 10th, 6’1”; Levi Wintz, wing, 11th, 5’ 9”;

Any “Key Players” that you lost from last year?
We’ll miss Jed Whitling-wing and Jackson Spencer-post our two seniors from last year. Both contributed a lot of points, Jackson’s rebounding will be missed.

As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Our focus will be to create good ball movement and take the best shots we can each possession.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We need to focus more on offensive rebounding and taking care of the ball.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
We are a young team and need to focus on the fundamentals. Our biggest strength is that our guys hustle and they are coachable.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
The thing that is unique about our team this year is that we are newcomers to the White Pine League. This is the first time that we have the opportunity to compete in districts and, if we are good enough, state. We consider it a great privilege to be competing against such high quality teams and we are grateful for the chance to grow as we face tougher competition than ever before.
