As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
We are quick and can score in transition, we share the ball.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Limit turnovers which is a challenge because we like to play up and down. Would love to shoot a higher percentage from the field, like we did in last year’s State Tournament.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Quickness. Want to pressure the ball and get in the passing lanes as much as possible. Turn Defense into Offense.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Limit our fouling.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
Do your Job!

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
I’m excited to see how we react to the success we had last year as group.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Anytime we play Middelton, Skyview, Nampa should be great games.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Chemistry and the ability to accept their roles.

If you could change one rule in high school basketball, what would it be?
I would love to see a shot clock. I think it would add more strategy and excitement to the girls game.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
I love being part of a group working towards a collective goal.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
kids work hard and genuinely care for one another.
