2024 Hall of Fame Inductees

2023-24 Nominees & Winners

You can watch a replay of Saturday night's banquet on our website, our Facebook page, and our YouTube channel.

The 62nd Annual North Idaho Athletic Hall of Fame is set for its 2024 Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 6th, at 6:30 PM at the Coeur d'Alene Resort.

The event serves as a recognition to all of the outstanding high school athletes from North Idaho, as well as the legends who are being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

For the first time, IdahoSports.com will be livestreaming the event for those that can't attend.

Originally founded in 1970, this year's event features four members that will ultimately be part of the 54th annual Hall of Fame class:

Randy Mueller - The St. Maries native played quarterback for the Lumberjacks before winning an NAIA Division II national championship at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.  Mueller went on to have a distinguished career as an NFL front office member and general manager.

Jackie Ross-Mattox - Born in Jamaica, Ross-Mattox attended the University of Idaho.  During her track and field career for the Vandals, Ross-Mattox won ten Big Sky Conference championships, both indoor and outdoor, in the triple jump, high jump, long jump and pentathlon.

Darrah Eggers - Eggers grew up in Boville and was a four-time letter-winner across three sports (football, basketball and track) at Deary High School.  Eggers then returned to Deary High as a teacher and coach.  As the Mustangs' head football coach, Eggers lead Deary to six consecutive state championship games in the 1990s.

Bill Bopp - Bopp graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1978, and began officiating basketball games in 1984.  During his career, Bopp refereed 38 state basketball tournaments (20 boys, 18 girls).  Bopp's career spanned five different decades.

In addition to the Hall of Fame ceremonies, 50 different awards will be given out to various athletes, coaches and teams across the high school and college sports landscape in North Idaho.

Join us at 6:30 PM (Pacific Time) on Saturday night as we livestream the 2024 North Idaho Athletic Hall of Fame Awards Banquet!
