Playing together and buying into the idea of a completely selfless team

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
For me, there is nothing better than watching the progression of your players. Mentally, physically, emotionally, anything I can teach them reassures me that I am making a difference in their lives and providing an experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
