What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Watching these girls come together and having them realize that they are going to do great this season and turning dreams into beliefs.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Dietrich.Senior Night and defending state champs. I think it will be a great game.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Having heart and hustle and not getting down if we have an off night.

If you could change one rule in high school basketball, what would it be?
The 14 ft coaches box…. That’s going to be a challenge for me this season.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
Having love for the game. I have and always will love basketball. Coaching has always been a passion of mine so I’m just living out my childhood dreams.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
I love the atmosphere that the school creates and the community. This is my first year here and everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel at home. The group of girls are great, JV and Varsity, everyone is on board to build up the program.
