As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Starting a new season with a new coach is always a challenge. We have a big learning curve ahead for us, but we are concentrating on getting everyone on the same page and in sync with a new coaching style as well as with new plays.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Our General focus on defense is intensity. I am a very Defense oriented coach. I like intense in your face type of defense so we will be focusing on teaching these girls to be a dominating Defensive team!!

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
“Hustle and Heart Set Us Apart”

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Watching them improve practice to practice and game to game.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Teaching the fundamentals and implementing an intense, hard working style of play, but more importantly watching these girls become better players on and off the court.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
I love watching a team come together and put all things aside for the team.
