As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Speed & Heart Cassidy West-Smart and plays hard. Jordyn Howell-Quick and has a good shot

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Scoring and rebounding. Basically as a young team with 5 freshman on varsity we have a lot to improve on.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Speed and quick hands. Cassidy West and Jordyn Howell will show tough man to man defense.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Rebounding and help side defense.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
Be positive and play until the end.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
We don’t quit and we are a young team. Only can get better.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Battle of the 6C’s. The two schools in our county battle off on 12/12.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Win our league games.

If you could change one rule in high school basketball, what would it be?
If you are on the ground with the ball you should be able to get up without being called for a travel.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
The challenge and the love for the game. Basketball is a great sport to coach because you have a lot of control over the game.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
We have a sweet mascot and our school has great spirit/support.
