As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
We have a lot of talented receivers with a senior captain in Jimmy Shepherd who will run the offense from any position.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We need to develop experience.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
We are fast and physical

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We need to develop experience.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
"Not Yet". We aren't ready to step down from being #1 yet.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
I'm most excited about being the "underdog" this year.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Council! They will want revenge for losing to us in the state championship game last fall.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
The speed in which our younger players mature. Lack of varsity experience from last year's team mean they have to learn quickly this year.

If you could change one rule in high school football, what would it be?
I would take punting out of the game. It's boring and we don't do it.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school football?
I underachieved as a player and as a coach I can impress on the kids to do the very best they can because they only have one chance.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Great parents, great faculty, great boosters and a great facility.
