Caldwell High School

School Info
Conference: 4A Southern Idaho Conference
Classification: 4A

Head Coach: Zach McGee

Record Last Year: 2-7

Do you have any new incoming “impact” players?
We are expecting Braden Swanson (WR/CB, JR, 6-1, 160) to have a big year catching the ball for an offense that looses it's three leading receivers from a year ago. Our QB Austin Van Horne (QB, JR, 5-10, 180) looks to build upon a backup role as a sophomore which saw him score 4 TD at the varsity level in ’13.
Coach's Team Summary:
The 2014 4A SIC season has fewer teams and expanded playoff potential. Several programs are reloading with talent to back them. There will be battles for playoff positions until the final week. It appears BK is still the team to beat but with Kuna and Skyview in the mix. With the conference containing several established coaching staffs, its hard to pick the playoff contenders. Our goal is to have the first winning season @ Caldwell in 9 years. We have our work cut out for us.
