As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Apart from having one of the best point guards in the classification (Zane Allen), it is a year of entering the great unknown as far as who will step up and contribute.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We are hoping to be more of a up-tempo transition team this coming year. We will be depending on “small-ball” to succeed.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
We will be very small but hopefully our team speed will overcome our shortcomings.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We have to rebound the ball better.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
The challenge to succeed with only one returning player.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
Besides masochism, it is quite a bit of fun to be part of building and shaping something where the whole is much more important than the individual parts.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Anyone can win at a place where you have a large population to choose from, superior athletes, and an unlimited budget. That isn’t us. We have to earn every good outcome that comes our way. That makes the journey very rewarding.
