We want to become more balanced, work in the passing game.
As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Defensive strengths include leadership returning, we will be very athletic, and our general focus to play physical and keep it simple. Key returners on Defense, (Jared Purser LB, Denton Belnap LB, AJ Hansen DB, Justin Orr LB, Derek Ostermiller DL)
Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We would like to be more well-rounded and balanced defensively. Let players play and keep responsibilities so we are not out of position.
Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
Expect To Win (We want to develop that attitude that we can play with and beat anyone on our schedule.
What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Their dedication, hard work and athleticism.

October 23rd, @ South Fremont. Rivalry Game
What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Learning a new offense and becoming more balanced.
Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school football?
I love the game. I have been around the game ever since I can remember. I enjoy seeing young athletes enjoy the sport I love. I want every athlete that comes out for football to have an enjoyable experience.
What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Couldn’t ask for a better school and community to coach in. School administration and community support is incredible
