Offensive strengths/areas for improvement: We have good strength and speed in the skill positions with a 3-year starter at center (Brian Rhodehouse). Two kids are fighting for the starting QB position.
Defensive strengths/areas for improvement: We have great overall team strength and speed, but some of the kids will have little or no varsity experience.
Special team Strengths: We are looking for a new kicker and punter.
Offensive Outlook: We will have depth and speed at the skill positions.
Defensive Outlook: We have most of our defense coming back from last year. We are looking to establish our defense as hard-hitting and relentless.
Conference Outlook: Our conference is one of the toughest conferences year after year. Shelley has established itself as a football power in S.E. Idaho. Salmon is coming off a great State Championship year. Teton and Sugar-Salem are well coached and have tough kids.
Coach's Team Summary: I think we will improve upon last year's record. Our kids have been motivated in the weight room and have worked hard to have a succesful season. I believe we will do really well.
