Offensive strengths/areas for improvement: We have a veteran offensive line. Hopefully, they will mesh well with our new varsity QB.
Defensive strengths/areas for improvement: We have a veteran defensive line, and will strive to improve our secondary.
Offensive Outlook: Our mental toughness will increase this year.
Defensive Outlook: We are working on our defense to prevent the big plays.
Conference Outlook: Our goal is to win the conference championship.
Coach's Team Outlook: My outlook for this season is good if we stay healthy. We need all the kids we have to make a successful team.
Coach's Team Summary: Unfortunately, we have only two home games this season. With some rescheduling of potato harvest break a few years ago, Butte County traveled to North Fremont two years in a row; we now have to travel there two consecutive years. Will Bollinger recently broke his collarbone. We hope that he can heal rapidly as we need all our players for a sucessful season. We hope the kids' extracurricular activities during the summer won't bring unexpected injuries for their football season.
