Well... it all comes down to this.
A lot of work over three days by players, coaches, administrators, broadcasters, etc., brings us to the boys edition of Super Saturday. The hardware is set to be handed out and long lasting memories await.
The question remains: what color trophy will your team take home?
We are in for a treat today with Super Saturday. Six championship games at the Ford Idaho Center, plus the consolation and third place games at six other sites around the valley. Enjoy this basketball while you can... because it'll be gone for another 9 months after this weekend (unless, of course, you hit up the Idaho All-Star Games!)
To review my picks so far: during Day 1 of the tournament, I went 16/24. On Day 2 of the tournament, I inexplicably improved that mark to 20/24. See the pattern? I should be perfect for Super Saturday Selections. I'll tell you right now, it probably won't happen coming from me, but you never know. If I'm right or wrong, it doesn't matter in the end. I just hope for great basketball all around!
