As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
I think we will have to be a more balanced team on offense this year and we should have several different players that opponents will have to focus on.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
3 Pt shooting

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
We have decent quickness and enough size that we can match up, as long as we stay out of foul trouble.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We will have to focus on defensive rebounding if we want to be successful.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
EPIC—Every Possession Is Critical

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
I like our team chemistry and the way the guys feed off one another and play hard for each other.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Any conference game. They are meaningful.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Finding a formula for ending games, finding a guy or two that wants to take charge and doesn’t shy away from the pressure

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
I really enjoy being in the gym and watching guys make improvement in practice. You can see it in their eyes when they start to have confidence in a particular skill.
