ORDER GAME PHOTOS
"Desk Jock" was the name I went by in the early days (20+ years ago) of IdahoSports.com and our sister site SportsBoards.com. If you have been around long enough to remember those days I have bad news - you're old. I'm hoping that by bringing the nickname out of retirement, it will bring me some luck in my picks this week.
Just remember that just because I didn't pick your team to win, it doesn't mean I don't like your team. I picked against my alma mater, New Plymouth, three straight days one year. The Pilgrims ended up losing the state championship game that year, but I definitely took some heat from my hometown. I take all of the emotion out of the process and make my picks based on a combination of the numbers and my gut.
I dusted off the old Crystal Ball and reached deep in to the nether regions of the cosmos to bring you another round of Paul's Picks - Boys State Tournament Edition.
